Product Care and Usage Instructions
- Please read the product instruction manual before use.
- For products with a music box, wind up the mechanism three times (540 degrees) each time to prevent it from getting stuck and unable to rotate. The music box mechanism is made of metal, so occasional mechanical friction noise is a normal and reasonable phenomenon.
- Some parts of the product are hand-painted, and there may be slight differences in color and patterns due to environmental and time factors. Bubbles inside the water globe, fading, or metal oxidation are all considered normal phenomena.
- The product itself is made of fragile materials such as glass and ceramics. Please avoid strong collisions, impacts, or drops when handling.
- Avoid storing the product in direct sunlight and high-temperature or humid environments, or near volatile solvents.
- For daily maintenance, gently wipe with a fine, soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemical solvents or cleaners.
- This product is not a toy. Please use it under adult supervision for children under 10 years old.
- For products with batteries, regularly check the battery quality. When not in use, please remove the batteries to prevent damage to the product due to battery oxidation.
Product Warranty
- Products with a music box mechanism have a one-year warranty for the mechanism.
- Please keep the relevant receipts and warranty cards to protect your rights.
- If the following situations occur during the warranty period, warranty and after-sales service will be provided:
- Faulty music box (difficult to wind, insufficient rotations, knob breakage, rusty screws)
- Interior detachment, falling, metal rust, deformation, base and chassis bonding or detachment, glass ball bonding or detachment
- Severe bubbling or breakage of the interior
- The interior or base's light does not work or flickers, and the switch is faulty
- Interior snowflakes spontaneously spraying or severe slow or stagnant rotation
- The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Breakage of the product's glass ball
- Disassembly, modification, or replacement of non-original parts by yourself or others without factory authorization
- Exterior damage due to uncontrollable factors such as fire, water damage, earthquakes, etc.
- Damage to the body and appearance, including cracks, fractures, scratches, detachment, missing parts, and improper use of the music box or functions, as determined by the brand's repair department
- Bubbling of crystal ball products is caused by temperature and humidity variations during use, shaking or vibration, exposure to light, and other factors. This is considered normal and unavoidable.
- Promotional gifts are not covered by this warranty clause.
- If the customer cannot accept the repair cost, the company reserves the right to decline the repair.
- If you need to request a repair for a defective product, please provide photos or videos for explanation and send them to the JARLL customer service email: tw@jarll.com. The customer service center will evaluate whether the repair can be carried out.
- Please send the repaired product in its original packaging and secure packaging to: No. 3, Lane 202, Gaofeng Road, Hsinchu City, JARLL Art Customer Service Department.
